Apparent flaky cornflake-like snow

Muffles the hustle and bustle of Hounslow

Pat a pony draw close and listen

Hold on now watch and wait

Hither we come, wither we go

Trained ears to the white earth

Trained eyes to the dull grey sky

Listen and watch for the faint call of

Drums advancing quickly, without respite

The sins of the west

Blood and sweat of the coloured upon

Which the economy rest

Is camouflaged by the white earth

Make a big circle; pick the middle

Bouc-emmissaire, doomed messiah

To fall in and see the future

Rise in dance with the ghosts

Of the nations assembled before you

Then rise high above them

Dancing, twirling fast, stamp your

Feet, raise your voice and cry out loud

For today, the world is soundproof

The gods will not hear you

Cry your pain Diaspora

The ghosts assembled will with you

Now watch carefully

Around your head

A mist you cannot remove

Hovering, unhampered.
