YBNL rapper, Oladipo Olamide Emmanuel, popularly known as Chinko Ekun, has opened up on why his music career at the moment, seems to be on a snooze.

Hip TV, caught up with the talented act, who revealed that supporting both his music career and education, is no easy task. He also added that education is a  huge distraction and the principal reason why he has not been consistent with his music.

To some extent, I have been off the scene due to school; I am studying law in Obafemi Awolowo University. Its really pressing me down to some extent, so I just try to work the two together. School is really disturbing to a very big extent

Thoughts guys….do you think merging education with a music career is an impossible act? Let’s discuss.

  5. The best advice I will give him is to do what is important now ,not what is urgent, he is obviously talented in the music field, there will always be time for the music aspect. It is best to do one thing at a time..

  6. african people all over the world are distracted by entertainment and sports instead of focusing on defending their land and resources.
it’s a shame that even one like this guy who has an opportunity to educate himself in law has made his choice to get into entertainment.

entertainment will not liberate your people from oppressors. economics and law would. and we wonder why people of african descent are lost.

  17. Well, I think Chinko should face his education first due to the fact that he is studying law and studying law is really not an easy task. So, I advice to go for education first. His humble cousin, Bamikiya Precious (Bamz). Thank you.
