DJ Neptune on a chat with HipTv when asked why Nigerian Artiste suffers YouTube views revealed that he has been to other parts of Africa and Tanzania, the internet rate outside the country is cheap, strong and fast compared to Nigeria. Therefore Nigerian Artiste will not have YouTube views like others outside because of internet ratse and penetration.
