Olamide has been subjected to intense criticism on social media for inviting Yomi SARS, the popular SARS officer, who is also a musician. Olamide brought the unpopular figure to the stage of his #OLIC4 concert at the Teslim Balogun stadium.
Olamide’s action has been termed as an insult and regarded as an act of insensitivity by Nigerians on social media, who are in the middle of an #ENDSARS campaign which is centered on speaking against the brutality of Nigerian youths by SARS.
A lot of fans have been airing their disappointment at Olamide on social media, via tweets and comments.

Boycott olic4 to protest against olamide having yomi SARS amongst artists to perform should be a thing. You people shouldn’t be stupid.
First he couldn’t support the movement.
Now he’s giving you a slap by allowing yomi SARS play in his concert. SMH

Olamide thinks he’s immune and the street would always love him no matter what, how could he take us for granted by giving Yomi SARS a platform #EndSARS

So Olamide is giving Yomi SARS a platform to perform at OLIC 4.
It’s one thing to be ignorant & not understand consequences of your actions. It’s another thing to be aware of it but completely detached from the reality that’s going on around you.
Zero emotional intelligence.
