Fast and rising Ghanaian dancehall recording artiste and songwriter, Addi Self has released his long-awaited album titled; “The Journey [Zongo To BBC]”. This latest body of works comes up after teasing fans and music lovers with “Baba God” featuring Ghanaian gifted singer, Mugeez of R2Bees fame. The album which spans approximately 40 minutes embodies 15-solid and dope tracks with vocal assistance from afrobeat badman, Kelvyn Boy, dancehall sensation, Jonny Blaze, Stadic, and Deerill Alldae.

Addi Self, officially called Samudeen Japharu Muhammed draws inspiration from Keith Blair (Anthony B), the legendary Bob Marley, Jacob Miller , Luciano, Chukki Star, Vybz Kartel, Busy Signal, Nija Man, and Bontty Killer. The Self Nation boss had songs like the Mi Face, Hajia, Taking Over, Forgetti with Shatta Wale. Addi Self together with Joint 77, Captan, and Natty Lee were known as the SM Militants.
