Shatta Wale earlier today granted an interview with TV3’s MzGee and reacted to the ‘popular’ ongoing beef between Sakodie and Asem, the lost but a found rapper.

He first touched on Sarkodie’s trending SubZero song which according to him, is disappointed in Sarkodie for releasing a diss song at this time when people are dying. Shatta Wale argued that rap music has no future in Ghana and even blamed Reggie for introducing it to our musical landscape.

He said Reggie himself never made any positive impact with rap music that’s why he faded out quickly from the industry unnoticed. He opined that ‘beefs’ are unnecessary because it does not generate any income. He also added.

Shatta Wale buttressed his point saying; “If Samini had realized a long time ago, he could have made money from our beef. You see everything that happened to me and Stonebowy, it only ended at court because people didn’t understand it.”
