Ghanaian Songwriter and Recording Artiste, Evans Ofori Amoani also known as Kofi Byble has bagged three nominations at the third edition of the Eastern Music Awards.
The “Dangote” hitmaker was nominated in the Afro Pop Song of the Year, Afro Pop Artiste Of The Year, as well as Music Video Of The Year Categories, and is likely to face stiff competition from Bhimnation Record Signee, OV, Kwaku Gee and a host of other artistes.
In a recent interview, Byble expressed excitement for the support he had received within the short time he had been on the music scene, and is hopeful of winning the various awards he got nominated.
He said: ”I am very grateful, my fans and label owners are doing well for me. In this short time of my career, it has been amazing. Performing here and there, almost all major shows, one will see me on. The support has been an interesting one. I urge all my fans to go hard in this so we win”
Byble also went on to say he would go all out to prove Ghanaians and his fans that he had what it takes to succeed.
