This week, as we reel into the magic of Tecno’s one of a kind TV show – a karaoke competition tagged #OwnTheStage, we’re introduced to the second group of contestants who took the stage to perform R&B hits from some of music’s high profile artistes both home and abroad.
The musical selection ranged from Tiwa Savage’s Love Me to Sia’s Titanium, Usher’s You Got It Bad, R. Kelly’s I Believe I Can Fly, Bruno Mars’ Grenade, Meghan Trainor’s All About That Bass and Pharrell’s Happy. Contestants from Kenya, Nigeria and Tanzania had to #OwnTheStage thrilling the judges and audience with their vocal performances of these songs.
