The song is titled after a popular slang/phrase used in encouraging one to be their best at all times, however in this song Ike Chuks and Dotman asks a female being pursued to act appropriately and get with the program.
The song originally slated for a summer release but Monster City Records changed course when Ike shared a video of himself creating an infectious dance step to the song on social media.
