Trubreed is a Nigerian musical group formed in 2007. The group`s line-up consists of two long-time friends Mbuotidem Johnson who is an animator,rapper and song writer and Rodney Abia who is a producer,singer,rapper,composer and song writer, both known on stage as 7 and Q.
Their union is one born of a passion for good, healthy, lyrically clean music and top-notch productions. This they have expressed in the form of Afro-pop, hip-hop, and R&B songs and have spent the past four years propagating in underground performances. Consequently, in a move designed to take their music mainstream, they’ve become the first acts to be signed up under FURILLA Records.
