The Chocolate City boss listed his 5 All-time great African rappers and 5 of the best amongst the current crop of African rappers, in a tweet, in response to a question asked by one of his fans. M.I named Mode 9, Proverbs (of South Africa), Jesse Jagz, Freestyle and Ghost (of SDC) as his all-time greatest African rappers.
On his list of 5 hottest African rappers at the moment, M.I listed Nasty C, Cassper Nyovest (both of SA), Poe (of Mavin Records), Ghost (of SDC) and Khaligraph Jones (of Kenya).
