Singer turned fashion entrepreneur, Mocheddah has come out to reveal her 4-year long battle with depression. The beautiful lady who has been away from the music scene for a long time, took to Instagram to share her tale.
In her post, Mocheddah wrote;
I suffered from clinical depression for over 4 years. It is not just about checking on them, you have to listen to them. Really listen.
She explained that depression is an illness of the brain and the brain can fail just as other organs like kidney and liver do. She stressed that depression is a disorder, not a decision.
She encouraged people suffering from depression to seek help and people who have people like that around them to be more open to helping them.
