Now that our biggest stars in Africa roll shoulder to shoulder with big American stars, it has bridged the ancient gap that exist between the African music scene and that of the Western world.
Nicki Minaj once posted a picture of herself and Wizkid working on something; presumably a music video while OBO Davido linked up with Cardi B at the 2017 MOBO awards after she congratulated him on winning in the Best African Act category.
Fans went wild after the pictures of Davido and Wizkid hit the internet, wild imaginations and speculation erupted with many believing our favorites stars might snagged themselves big collaborations.
