Godwin Chinedu popularly known as X-Libaty or OdogwuLiba as his fans call him is an Aba/Uyo based rapper who is currently/newly signed to Sicilian Empire. The graduate of University of Uyo recently formed the ‘Ugly Boys Association’ as a rival group to the Falz Sweet Boys Association.
