2018 is definitely going to be one of the fantastic year when it comes to producing hit songs. This year has been filled with great songs from the beginning of the year till present.
We had songs like Ada by DJ Ecool featuring Davido and Science Student by Olamide to start the year with then Issa Banger and Codeine Diet before the release of one of the biggest song Soco in February. Ye was on Burna Boy’s Outside album which was released on the 26th of January, 2018 but became big and known when Kanye West dropped his Ye album and it turned into a mega hit when the vibe got peoples attention, it also widely known out the shores of Nigerian as the song was taken over from Burna Boy while he was performing it at his 02 Academy concert. Later on came Davido’s Assurance which was released on his girlfriend’s, Chioma birthday.
These three songs have done wonders since their release but we would love to know among Soco, Assurance and Ye which one are you picking as the song of the Year?
