2018 was definitely Burna Boy‘s year from the huge success of his Outside Album to the release of hit singles back to back. The just concluded Soundcity MVP Awards gave huge recognition to the young artiste that got talent and flows all over him.
Burna Boy emerged the biggest winner at the Soundcity MVP awards with four (4) awards to his name. His song Ye won the ‘Listener Choice‘ category and also the ‘Song Of The Year‘. Burna Boy himself went home with the biggest awards of the night; Best Male MVP and African Artiste Of The Year, he beat the likes of Davido, Wizkid, Nasty C, Sarkodie and Diamond Platnumz.
