Nigerian music producer, Benjamin Obadje popularly known has spellz has opened the year 2019 in a manner which can only be dreamt about by many.
The gifted music producer has built and opened a gigantic 36-store mall in Lekki Phase One, Lagos. The news was posted by singer, Teni, on her Instagram page showing us the mall and also making us understand that out of the 36 stores, there are only 2 left, which in turn means 34 stores have been rented out.
Spellz who have produced music bangers for the likes of Davido, Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Olamide and every superstar you can think of within the Nigerian music industry is also seen in Teni’s post showing signs of excitement and fulfilment.
