Nigerian singer, Iledare Oluwajuwonlo popularly known as Jaywon has been attacked online for prostrating for the Governor of Kogi State.
Jaywon recently shared a video of himself at Kogi State Governor, Yahaya, and Senator Smart Adeyemi’s flag off in Kabba. In the video, Jaywon was seen prostrating to the Governor but this action did not go well netizens as it caused a lot of chaos.
Fans in his comment section did not hesitate in expressing their disappointment in the singer for stooping so low to get money from politicians. A particular fan schooled the singer on how to act as a celebrity explaining that he is meant to use his status as a voice to represent the people of Kogi state.
He also dragged him for collecting money for his own interest. He wrote, As a celebrity you should be the voice of your people’s as a good representative and a citizen of kogi state, being born poor with zero education does not stop you from giving yourself a self education with the level of your exposures but you will rather remain blind just for your own selfish interest, anyway am not surprise thou… you need money to pay your rent and fuel your 2 used Benz and clothes for the next headies red carpet
