The rules which a house owner made mandatory for visitors and tenants has got people talking on social media.
A Nigerian lady identified as Nnekei took to Twitter to share details of the rules made by the landlord of a property in Portharcourt. The list had 16 rules which are mandatory for anyone that wants to reside in the building.
Among one of the rules that got people talking is then rule which stated that no individual identified as a member of Naira Marley’s fan base would be allowed as a visitor or a tenant.
