Sensational singer, Wizkid has revealed why he is yet to bring a superstar like the rest of his colleagues in the Nigerian music industry.
In a recent interview, the singer who recently released a new body of work Made In Lagos spoke to D Boy Dayo and Mansour on The Beat 103.6 FM London. The singer has been long criticized for not bringing out superstars as Davido and Olamide have consistently done. According to him, 2021 is going to be different as he has plans to bring out several artistes that have the biggest talent.
In his words: There’s a reason why I haven’t like truly put a lot of artists through from back home at the same time. First of all, I’m my own boss and I don’t take orders from nobody, he says. I’m my own accountant, I’m my own everything. So it’s like I have to make sure we’re bringing out the best of the best talent. We’ve been working on certain things for years and I feel like 2021 is gon’ be amazing.
