Popular Gospel singer, Sammie Okposo has given social media users another reason to wish January would just come to an end.
In the early hours of Tuesday, the singer took to his IG to tender a public apology to his wife, Ozioma for cheating on her with a woman he met in the US last year. He admitted that he is ashamed of what he did and suspends himself from the world of the Gospel till the full restoration of his soul.
Nigerians were shocked that Sammie Okposo was involved in such an act, but some commended him for opening up. While some refer to him as being courageous, others said there is more to the story that Sammie Okposo is letting them know.
A few hours after his apology hit the net, Anna the lady who claims to be the person Sammie Okposo cheated on his wife with, shared her story.
According to her, the gospel singer got her pregnant and blocked her on all platforms after she refused to have an abortion as he requested. According to her, She sent him pictures of her baby bump and doctor’s appointment, but Sammie Okposo said he was only trying to disgrace him and that she should abort the pregnancy.
Anna revealed they met in Texas during a church program and he invited her over. She added that she had no idea he was married when they first moment, but after they had been intimate, she found out.
