Lagos State University has received the heat for begging Bella Shmurda to return and complete his degree programme.
This appeal is coming days after Bella Shmurda took to Twitter to celebrate his success (500 million streams) and dropping out of school to pursue his dreams.
According to him, the best thing that happened to him was not rewriting the exams he failed and of course Omotena, his ex-girlfriend who didn’t ruin his career by keeping their baby.
LASU felt it was important to remind the singer that he is yet to complete his degree. The University admitted they are happy Bella Shmurda has over 500 million streams and still counting, but he needs to return to the university to complete his education.
Students of the University who felt Bella Shmurda was only advised because he has made money dragged the institution for being partial. They exchanged stories of how they had carryovers and the university never felt the need to motivate them.
They finally arrived at the conclusion that Education might be important, but it is more important to have money like Bella Shmurda.
