Talented Afropop singer and songwriter, Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa better known as Joeboy has broken new grounds after amassing a total of 200 million streams on Africa’s leading music platform, Boomplay.
Joeboy who gained mainstream prominence with the release of his single Baby in the summer of 2019 is the second artist to achieve this feat on the platform. He joins Burna Boy (who received his own plaque just last week) at the Duo-Golden club.
