The Nigerian Police are on a hunt for Buju after he assaulted a police Officer.
We reported that Buju was earlier assaulted by Police officers who stopped him and his team on their way to a gig. We also reported how Buju hopped on Twitter to brag about assaulting a police officer after the encounter.

Reacting to the news, the Spokesperson of the Nigerian Police Force, Benjamin Hundeyin made an official statement. According to him, the police officers who assaulted Buju will be sanctioned for their misbehavior.
He also referenced Buju’s tweet and said Buju will surely answer for his assault on a police officer.
