With the political season fully activated and campaigns officially flagged off by INEC towards the 2023 elections, talented Nigerian singer, Jire wasted no time in releasing, perhaps the first, properly put together campaign song for APC’s presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Aptly titled City Boy, Jagaban, Jire extolled the impeccable virtues of Asiwaju Tinubu in the song, singing his praises to the high heavens and highlighting some of his remarkable achievements in the last 4 decades with a vision and promise of what’s to come should he be elected as President come 2023.
