Music Icon, Ckay continues to break boundaries with his hit song, Love Nwantiti as it has now sold over 3 million units in the US. Chukwuka Ekweani, widely known as Ckay was presented a gold plaque for his 2021 song “Love Nwantiti ”. The music certification award was given to him during his TikTok live performance on February 9, 2022, making it his first certification of such. The song was also certified gold in the United States in January, 2022, after France.
With this single song, CKay has continued to break boundaries that none other African artists has. He further stakes his claim as an Afrobeats icon. The hit single “Love Nwantiti” was initially released under Chocolate City in 2019. However, after a year, a remix with Joeboy and Kwami Eugene became an anthem.
