Nigerian street-hop artist Habeeb Okikiola, most commonly known as Portable Omolalomi, has been making waves through the Afrobeats music industry and is the hottest upcoming star in the music world.
After gaining massive praise and attention from his fans, Portable decided to take one step further and publicly beg Afrobeats star Davido for a musical collaboration. Prior to this, he pleaded with other top Afrobeats acts, Burna Boy, and Wizkid, to collaborate with him, but he yet to get a response from both of them.
The Zazu act shared a video of his conversation with Davido on his Instagram account, where he beseechingly asked for a verse to put in one of his tracks.
Surprisingly, Davido happened to reply to his DM with a voice note, which Portable shared on social media, to alert his fans and followers. Not stopping there, the artist then noted that he was very prepared to work with the singer, and further explained that he had a chorus ready for them to work on.
