In an Instagram post, Falz highlighted the terrible flooding, damaged roads, and traffic gridlock along the key highway despite Lagos having various officials meant to oversee infrastructure.

This city has a governor, commissioner of transport, commissioner of works and infrastructure, commissioner of environment and water resources, yet look at this mess, Falz wrote.
He condemned the ugly flooded roads everywhere, absolutely dilapidated road structures, deadly potholes on the highway and ridiculous traffic.”
Falz attributed the deplorable conditions to government corruption and mismanagement of public resources needed for infrastructure projects.
