Popular Afrobeat singer, Fireboy DML has revealed the tight-knit relationship among artists within his record label, YBNL, recalling when Asake and Olamide styled his hair. In a recent interview with Max 102.3 FM Lagos, the singer was asked about the competitiveness within YBNL, a record label founded by renowned singer Olamide.
Fireboy responded by stating that he is unaware of any competition among them, emphasizing that each artist is focused on their own path. He noted that even if they release songs simultaneously, it wouldn’t impact anyone negatively. Fireboy affirmed that genuine love exists among the artists, highlighting an instance when his boss Olamide, and colleague Asake assisted him in loosening and styling his hair.
