Fuji artist Adewale Ayuba has honored the late Onyeka Onwenu, who passed away on Tuesday at the age of 72. In an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Lagos, Ayuba praised Onwenu for her immense contributions to the entertainment industry. He described her as a cherished figure whose legacy of kindness and impactful work will be remembered forever. Ayuba highlighted Onwenu’s efforts in advancing the Nigerian entertainment scene and emphasized her enduring influence.
He concluded with a heartfelt tribute, wishing her a peaceful rest and acknowledging her departure as a moment of glory.
“I celebrate the life of our beloved Onyeka Onwenu. Though she may have been taken from us too soon, her spirit and good deeds will forever live on in the memories we cherish and the love we hold for her. Onyeka has left this world in glory. May her soul rest in peace,” Ayuba stated.
