1. Sungba Remix
All the way from YBNL camp, Ololade Mi Asake has dished out an impressive remix of the track, Sungba, featuring Grammy-Award-Winning singer, Burna Boy. The remix is one that is fast going viral on social media and on the streets. This comes after the success of the original song.
Sungba is also the 2nd track off his EP, Ololade Asake, with features from Olamide. Like everyone other street jam, Sungba is an addictive one with raw lyrics, typically asking a lady not to be shy because he has got enough money to take care of her and in return, she needs to Sungbalaja.
Undoubtedly, Sungba has all the ginger we can ever wish for seeing that the African Giant was brought on board.
2. Last Last
Oluwadamini Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy makes a comeback into the music scene with his freshly premiered jam dubbed, Last Last, meaning (Eventually). The Grammy-award-winning music powerhouse made the release on the 13th of May, 2022.
Last Last is a record off Burna Boy`s forthcoming studio project slated to be released on his birthday in July. The song has the right amount of vibe and cruise, a banging beat, and catchy lyrics. It will be recalled that OluwaBurna closed the Billboard Award with an incredible performance of Last Last, causing the audience to go wild.

3. Calm Down
One of Nigeria`s finest, Rema starts his year with an addictive tune, “Calm Down”. In the first week of release, “Calm Down” has been faced with a truckload of criticism, but as a matter of fact, keeps proving to be one of the most listened to since its release.

4. Finesse
Finesse is not just a song, it`s an anthem and we have Pheelz, Mr. producer, and BNXN to thank for that. A couple of weeks ago, Pheelz and Buju dropped the bump of their most anticipated joint on us, and ever since, it`s been living rent-free in our heads. Don`t get me started on how the snippet of the song, Finesse effortlessly hypnotized everyone on social media.

Fly Boy Inc huncho, Kizz Daniel employs the services of multi-talent, Tekno to bless us with the song of the hour, Buga. This comes as a follow-up to his song, “Barnabas,” which currently serves as his most-streamed song to date.
Nonetheless, Buga keeps buzzing on all social media and streaming platforms, and not just that. Kizz Daniel made sure to come through with a signature dance move.

YBNL signee, Asake teams up with one of Nigeria`s most talented Disc Jockey, DJ Spinall to bring to our ears the song, Palazzo. Palazzo is one of the many songs that were released on the 13th of May, 2022 a memorable day in the music industry.
Considering Asake`s as a street jam curator, Palazzo passes as another hit, raking accolades in both streets and clubhouses. Lastly, the song has just the right amount of vibe and should definitely be on your playlist.
9. Bandana
All the way from YBNL, Adedamola Adefolahan, widely known as Fire Boy DML premiers a brand new track dubbed, Bandana featuring his label mate, Asake. Both artists deliver pleasantly without one overshadowing the other.
Asake held down the chorus of the song as expected, while Fireboy also did justice to his verses. The song sprung to number No. 1 on Nigeria`s Top 100 in its release week.
10. It’s Plenty
It`s Plenty is another one from Burna Boy, off the project, Love Damini that`s making fans go crazy at the moment.
The track is the 9th track on the album and has an amazing vibe to it. The global star makes us understand that he wants to be celebrated in life and not waste his days on earth and tomorrow is not promised.
Love, Damini is a body of work that serves as a follow-up to Burna Boy`s Grammy-award-winning “Twice As Tall”. It also serves as Odogwu`s 6th studio album. We cannot help but agree that Burna,s 5th album, Twice As Tall brought him his well-deserved international recognition.
11. Overloading (Overdose)
I bet you never saw this coming, another Mavin All-Stars collaboration. Don Jazzy has done it again, and this collaborative effort birthed the brand-new hit, Overdose.
We must warn you though, that this jam is very addictive with an over-the-roof repeat value. Don Jazzy definitely outdid himself this time. Overdose is a track with features from Don Jazzy, Ayra Starr, Crayon, Magixx, Ladipoe, and Boy Spyce.
12. Omo Ope
Coming through from YBNL`s latest recruit, Asake, Omo Ope is the Jam of the moment. The Amapiano rhythmed song is one designed to dish out good vibes all the way.
Assisted by his new boss, Olamide, the song Omo Ope stands out, as it was produced by the talented Magic Stickz.
13. Baddest Boy Remix
Popular Nigerian singer, Skiibii made a grand entry into the year 2022, with the remix of his song, “Baddest Boy”. With the aid of Omo Baba Olowo himself, the duo successfully thrilled fans with this dominating sound.
When the song dropped, a lot of people opined that Davido has finally given Skiibii his hit song. Well, we cannot say that`s totally a lie, as the song is already a hit, banging in almost all the clubs in Nigeria and beyond.
Baddest Boy was originally released in 2021 off the album, “God Is Bigger Than Man“.
14. Dada Remix
Ace music producer, Young John employs the services of music star, Davido on the remix of his song, Dada.
Young John is a 27-year-old multitalented music producer, who hails from Ibadan. His birth name is Udomboso John Saviours but is fondly called “Young John The Wicked Producer” due to his production prowess. He sprung into the limelight, following his expertise on Olamide`s “Story For The Gods”.
However, John thought it was time to come out of his shell and decided to bless us with his debut single, “Dada” which, by the way, has enjoyed massive acceptance. He also just released a remix of “Dada” featuring music megastar, Davido.
15. Electricity
A collaborative effort like this is set to leave you addicted. Pheelz and Davido have come together to dish out this beautiful tune “Electricity”. This track is a follow-up to “Finesse”, his 2022 hit song, where he featured the Headies` 2022 next rated, BNXN.
This song typically encourages positive energy. It preaches that one should live without regret and ignore the negative opinion of others. It`s an addictive one but be careful because you just might get electrocuted.
16. RUSH
If you`re a die-hard fan of Ayra Starr, please come closer. The Fast-rising music star premiered her 2022 debut single “Rush” recently, and it`s been all love from her fans.
Rush” was produced by Henri Velasco and Andre Vibez and serves as her first single since the release of her debut album “19 and Dangerous”. Still dominating this week`s playlist is Asake with another one from MMWTV titled, Organise. This song is quite deep and thoughtful.
Asake released a quote that should be framed. It reads “too much wisdom makes a wise man foolish”, which he of course sang in Yoruba, but we need to acknowledge him for this. This banger s vibey and should sit gallantly on your playlist this week.

Sensational Instagram skit-maker, Carterefe teams up with uber-talented singer, Berri Tiga to deliver this new anthem titled “Machala“. The addictive tune is produced by Producer X. MACHALA is a perfect blend of Afro-Pop and Amapiano. It’s an anthem for Wizkid FC. The song is a special record by Carterefe (a Wiz FC), dedicated to Afrobeats GOAT, Wizkid.
21. Chance (Na Ehm) – Seyi Vibez
Again, Seyi vibez comes through with another track off his debut album, Billion Dollar Baby dubbed, Chance (Na Ham). Chance (Na Ham) is an impressive and inspirational track for fans of Seyi to update their playlist with.
