He made the information through his business/management account, ‘The Plug’ on Twitter. According to the Plug, Davido and CKay are the only solo acts with Platinum. Davido has a Platinum record for ‘FALL‘, CKay has 4 Platinum record for Love Nwantiti single.
Asa did not delete the post even after Wizkid FC reminded him that Essence has a Platinum. This disregard would be as a result of the fact that Essence is a collaboration between Wizkid and Tems and not just Wizkid’s single.
