The King of Azonto, Gasmilla has released his most controversial single yet. The artiste who from his first single “Aboodatoi” exhibited the ability to be commercial and deep at the same time seemed to take the subtle approach to conveying his messages in subsequent hit singles “INNIT(Uk-Zonto)” and “3points” . This time however, he has decided to drop another song in the cut of his first single. The name of the song is “Boosha” and talks about the conflict between a Ga man and a “Hausa” man caused by 2 words which sound similar: “Amankeni” (coco-yam ) and “Mank3n3” (Dawn) . According to the song the Hasua man was asking who roasted his cocoyam “Amankeni3 Nam Sha” while the Ga man thought he was asking who farted at dawn “Mank3n3 Namo Sha” and took offense. Is he trying to tell us that being stereotypical and jumping to conclusions is bad or he is just filling us in on some “Tooli”. Another point of note is the production; magnom aced the beat and has proved beyond reasonable doubt that he is not just a hip hop producer. Download and enjoy “Boosha” from Gasmilla.
