The management of Naira Marley have come out to debunk the news flying around that the reason why the singer is still in prison is because they have not been able to find a government level 10 officer who has landed properties in Lagos.
The management through the singer’s Instagram story have quickly moved to downplay the notion as they say the reason Naira Marley is still prison is very far from what has been reported on the internet.
The management said the true reason why the singer is still in custody is not because they haven’t found any level 10 officer to stand as surety, they infact said the surety and every other requirement have been available since the day he was granted bail.
They said the only reason he is still in custody is because the EFCC and the court have not signed some papers to make the bail process fall through.
