Having been away from music for a couple of months, Davido has been greatly missed. His long-time manager, Asa Asika shared a tweet last making, making many of Davido’s fans miss him even more. Asa may have also hinted at the full return of the talented musician sooner than we expect him to.
It will be recalled that Davido went off the radar following the demise of his 1st son, Ifeanyi Adeleke. An unfortunate incident occurred on the 31st of October, 2022. Following his demise, Davido was seen 2 months after during his performance at the 2022 FIFA WorldCup in Qatar. Although the singer shared a tweet about dropping a record in March, things may turn out differently.

Davido Arrives Qatar With Customized Blanket Of Ifeanyi`s Face On It
Nigerian singer, Davido has arrived in Qatar ahead of his closing ceremony performance at the ongoing 2022 World Cup. The Afropop crooner was spotted with a customized blanket that had the face of his late son, Ifeanyi on it. His associates, Ubi Franklin, his lawyer, Prince, and some other 30BG gang members were also seen with him.
It will be recalled that TooXclusive reported yesterday, December 8 that the singer already concluded plans to perform at the closing ceremony of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. Hong Kong businessman, Stephen Hung confirmed the news of the singer`s performance and shared it in excitement via his official Instagram page.
He wrote: “So happy my bro @davido confirmed he will perform at the World Cup Qatar closing ceremony. Can`t wait to see him there”. Although his fans recently held a concert graced by the top dogs in the industry in Davido`s honor, they still cannot wait to see their favorite artists in his usual bubbly state.
