Grammy nominee, Burna Boy is in the news for slamming a Twitter troll for telling him to give back to his society.
Burna Boy understands that his fans haven’t really heard much from him lately since the release of his new single Odogwu so he decided to thrill them with a little treat. The singer took to his Twitter page to reveal that he would be going live in a few minutes to answer questions.
The drama then started when a twitter user identified as Bello Adekola slammed the singer for being insensitive to the recent happening in the country. He wrote: We don’t need you live here go back to your community and do something meaningful to them during this hard time of coronavirus
Burna Boy responded saying he does the best he can for many as much as he can and urged everyone to do the same. He added that it is not his job to help but that of the government Even though I do my best for as many as I can (and I urge everyone who can to do the same), the fact that I do it does not mean it`s my job, That is the Government`s Job not mine. So don`t come here to advice me, advice your government and see if they answer you.
