Popular Nigerian rapper and musician Erigga has taken to social media to criticize colleagues who often flaunt their wealth on social media platforms. The rapper took to Twitter (now X) to assert that real money speaks for itself rebuking the need for flashy showcases to validate success. In a tweet posted on his Twitter account, Erigga Slams Colleagues addressed the issue head-on.
He wrote;
“Some of y’all are just unnecessarily pressured. Wetin una nor understand be say we don’t rilli care if u buy private jets real money don’t need explanations.”
The rapper’s remarks come amidst reports in the entertainment industry of some of his colleagues purportedly acquiring multimillion-naira assets, including private jets. However, Erigga Slams Colleagues, clarified that he remains unfazed by such lavish displays. He revealed that he understands that true wealth speaks for itself without needing elaborate explanations.
