Eva Alordiah, a Nigerian rap star, has expressed her disappointment with the lacklustre reaction of her freshly released single following her industry comeback.
She lamented on Twitter that people were pleading with her to go back into the music business and that they would listen to and enjoy whatever song she released.
Nevertheless, even 48 hours after Evaβs new song βI Look Goodβ was released, the songβs streaming figures remained low. The hip-hop singer urged her followers to determine whether or not they are βdownβ after criticizing them for breaking their word.
The rapper mentioned the prospect of going back to her regular 9β5 work and said that just 30 people had clicked on the song link she shared on social media.
She said if people are not ready to listen to her song, they should let her know so that she would quit the music finally and explore other career paths.
Eva wrote;
βI donβt understand these fans that I have oh! Ahhh! Itβs like you people need to decide if youβre down for this or not.
Boya I should cancel fans and focus on AC. Because, Iβm not getting why 500+ people claim they want my new music yet only 30 people clicked the link to pre-save.
The data below cannot lie ???? Boya Iβll get a 9-to-5 cause this music you people are asking forβ¦ itβs beginning to look like error.
Do you want it???? Or do you not want it! Eyin fans ???? Ah! Let me go back into my shell ???? or a warm hole to crawl back into ????? #SadEva ??β
