A pretty young Nigerian lady simply known as Mimi had a remarkable experience this year when she spent Valentine’s Day with renowned musician, Korede Bello. The talented Nigerian songwriter and singer is known mostly for hit songs such as ‘Godwin’ and ‘Romantic’. On this special day, Mimi had the luck to meet the star and even got to spend the day with him.
Mimi made the announcement of her wonderful day via her social media page and eagerly shared sights and sounds from her experience with the music star. The lucky fan went on a date with Korede to a five star hotel and to make things even better, she even got the chance to meet veteran actor, Richard Mofe Damijo. She was so incredibly star struck that she even admitted to not being able to eat properly when she realised that she was sitting close to RMD’s table!
The romantic day was taken up several notches when Korede Bello mounted the stage at the venue and began singing a song that he had specifically dedicated to this very lucky fan. Mimi was then invited by the singer to come up to the podium, greet the audience and accept the rose flower that Korede had presented her with to match the red dress she had on. A few poetic words were said to compliment her beauty in front of everyone and later, Korede Bello had a lengthy conversation privately with Mimi before they went along their separate ways.
Without a doubt, Mimi had an amazing experience this Valentine’s Day. She spent it with her favourite music star in a fancy five star restaurant and even had a chance of meeting one of the most talented Nigerian actors, Richard Mofe Damijo. To make things even better, Korede Bello had dedicated a song to her and even paid her compliments in front of everyone! This is definitely one day that Mimi is sure to remember for the rest of her life.
