It looks like Ghanaians are in agreement with Wizkid`s statement about Rap being dead especially in Nigeria.

In an interview featuring Pheelz, A Ghanaian Presenter made it her mission to inform and educate Pheelz on the demise of Rap in Nigeria. According to her, Nigerian rappers are now singers because of commercials. She cited an example that A Ghanaian rapper named, Amerado gave that which is Nigerians don`t have Rappers anymore, they are now singers.

Pheelz stated that there are amazing rappers in Nigeria, Rappers like Falz, Vector, M. I , Blaqbonez and AQ. The Presenter revealed that Falz who she used to feel is now a singer and for Blaqbonez, She only remembered him because of “Back in Uni” where he took ideas from other people videos for his own music video.
