‘Preaching About Jesus Cost Me Followers,’ Says Singer Qing Madi

Nigerian musician Chimamanda Pearl Chukwuma, known as Qing Madi, has revealed that she lost a significant number of fans after sharing her Christian faith on social media.

In a recent Instagram post, the singer shared her experience, saying, “LOL. I lost a lot of followers for talking about Jesus Christ. And from the bottom of my heart, I don’t regret a thing. Luv y’all.”

Despite the drop in followers, the ‘American Love’ artist expressed no regret over her actions. Qing Madi gained fame with her viral TikTok hits, including the 2022 single ‘See Finish’ and its 2023 follow-up ‘Ole’ featuring BNXN. She currently boasts nearly half a million followers on Instagram.
