Falz‘s ‘This is Nigeria‘ video arrived to mixed reaction. Some groups criticized the rapper and termed the video as a ‘hate video’ while others have lauded him for his ingenuity in capturing the ills of the Nigerian society in the video and one of such persons is comedian, Kenny Blaq.
During an interview with Hip TV, Kenny Blaq spoke about the brilliance showed by Falz in recording the ‘This is Nigeria’ video. He explained that not many Nigerians are aware of the happenings in the society and that Falz summarized the news and delivered it in a form that it is easy to comprehend. He stressed that Falz did an amazing job with the video and that he (Falz) does not deserve the backlash that ensued the release of the video.
