On this song Qdot says it time for Real Change because his generation (Generation Z) is the Woke one, a Resistant Gen. (the generation that has displayed a narrow-minded resistance to change within a short period of time). He tagged the older generation and the still old ruling leaders Thief who needs to leave major public posts and offices.
