Africa`s star studded music fusion show premiered Saturday 13th September on Nigerian TV. This season saw the return of Season 1 star Waje and also featured appearances by other Nigerian stars Olamide, Flavour, Burna Boy and Omawumi amongst others.
The Season`s debut took off with a blazing start with Olamide and Kenya`s Fena jamming an energetic redo of Olamide`s breakthrough hit ”˜Turn Up`, It was followed by Flavour and Victoria Kimani who after fun and games remade Flavour`s hit love song Ada Ada in sexy coordinating red plaid outfits.
Burna Boy and Tanzania`s petite music star Vanessa Mdee joined the elusive Unknown DJ to a banging remake of Burna`s Tonight. Omawumi and Mozambiquean heartthrob Jose Valdemiro brought down the house with Omawumi`s debut single ”˜In the Music`. Waje and Ugandan Hip-hop star Navio added a soulful remake of Navio`s ”˜Head to Toe`.
