Female Afro pop act Lamili has released the visuals to her single ”˜Love Me Proper`. Directed by Ruff IKONZ, the video was shot in Agodi Parks and Gardens. From steamy beach scenes to playful city shots, this video has a tendency to grow on people like the audio.
According to Lamili: the concept of the video is to celebrate the beauty of love and romance. She feels love is highly misunderstood in today`s world.
Lamili developed a keen interest in music at an early age and started playing professionally from her teenage years. The Anambra indigene is also a trained makeup artiste who mastered the art of professional Makeup at QC MakeUp Academy USA.
Some of her past singles include Bend Down, I Wanna Love You, radical (which featured Timaya) and Together. Lamili does not believe in shortcuts. She understands that hard and smart work is the only way.
