American rapper and business mogul, Rick Ross has said one of the main keys to staying rich is to empower their circle and family.
The Hip Hop star said if someone is rich and everybody around them is poor then it will only generate problems for that person.
The Maybach Music founder made the assertion during an interview on Hot 107.9 FM, noting that if a wealthy person makes investments that empower those in their circle, then they will not need to ask for financial favours or assistance.
Rick Ross explained that the individual would have to inform his circle of the plan to empower them and make them understand that if they are not willing to work and make their own money then they should not ask for anything.
According to the music executive, because he implemented that principle in his nuclear family, his mother and sister have not asked him for anything in years.
Ross said; “Staying rich one of the biggest keys to that is empowering your circle, empowering your family, because you being rich and everybody else being broke next to you, it`s only going to be so long before you`re jammed up.”
He added; “Just like my mum, my sister, they ain`t ask me for nothing in years”
