Debra Can is a Contemporary Afro-pop Artiste, whose style of music cuts across both young and old people. While growing up, she loved listening to Brandy, an American Artiste and Toni Braxton.. these two inspired her to do music

Debra Can, born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, Had B.A. Hons in mass communications from Olabisi Onabanjo University, She started singing in the church choir at a very tender age and represented Schools in musical competitions. She had done backup songs and was also featured in the studio for a lot of artistes.
