HAMZY WEST started music at the age of 12. He moved to the UK after a while and came back to Nigeria a few years ago to pursue his musical career on a larger scale.Â
He’s very versatile in different genres of music from Hip Hop to Afro Hip Hop to RnB, having worked with some of Nigeria’s best producers like Fliptyce and Del B. He has also performed his Freaky Nite song in ZanZi Bar in the UK, with lot of comments from fans and loved ones. Â Hamzy gets the inspiration to write music from God and certain situations around him. He looks up to the likes of 2Face Idibia, 9ice, Usher and 50 Cent in the music game.
