M.I.C(MAN-IN-CHARGE), from Nigeria,is a musical person who believes music is his curse & not just a blessing . Born and raised in a family of five, which consisted of 1 brother and 3 sisters, he grew up in a life of struggle and disappointment so he certainly knows how to appreciate all of his blessings and his musical talent was definitely one blessings not taken for granted.
M.I.C lost his father when he was 17yrs so he felt the best for him is to quickly turn to his talent and start making life easy for himself with these and his first dicision was to leave home in hustle for music as he felt really sorry for his mother taking responsibility of five and GOD was on his side.
M.I.C never went to a music school but his everblazing talent made it very easy for him to break through,he did different kinds of Music like Juju music, R&b, Hip hop,he also did Highlife which in his country is known as HipLife.
As time goes by M.I.C starting to make new friends while hustling started to fall in love with disc jockey and dicided to go for it and as a very humble and good boy,he made his way to work with a radio personalty and became D.J M.I.C
M.I.C has always retained a strong passion for Dancehall and Reggae; the sounds of Bob Marley, Sizla Kalongi, Mavado, Vybz Kartel,Busy Signal, Chino, Sean paul, Bounty Killer, Denis Brown, Lady Saw, Super Cat and Beenie Man that kept his inspiration and kept his faith and hope strong throughout all these years to make it and become what he has become today.zOvercoming many obstacles, M.I.C`s skills had created an opportunity for him to work with a lot of artist both upcoming and known in his country
M.I.C is set to release his debut solo album and has been working vigorously day and night in the studio to complete, the album which will be featuring a number of top artists and will have different twist to reggae music in a more enjoyable fashion. M.I.C has not only been working with top Nigerian producers but also some other very good producers as well, with all his effort to launch his career as a solo singer in the industry, so far M.I.C has been getting a couple air play on a number of radios in his country ,also some clubs and bars, plus doing countless jingles daily. m.i.c have surrounded himself with positive group of people who have been pushing countless promotions in there bit to get M.I.Cs message across to the world.
Music has always been a part of M.I.C`s LIFE as he says (this is my curse,my blessing and my first responsibilty). so don`t expect nothing less from Mr.M.I.C; HE is blazing hot with music.(I AM NOT FULLY HUMAN COS I USE A BATTERY AND IT IS MUSIC SO WITHOUT IT I AM NOTHING BUT DEAD
