Davido teased us with this collaboration for months before it finally got released at midnight and all I can say after listening to it over and over again is it truly is mind-blowing. Knowing fully well that it is just a few artistes in pop music that can match Chris Brown’s vocals on a record, he didn’t exaggerate his voice and he kept it pretty simple which adds bliss to the song.
Also, employing the services of his most trusted producer-partner/hit-maker and American R&B superstar, Chris Brown, Davido has successfully dropped a hit record yet again. The song which is about Davido and Breezy’s expression of love for a woman they love is one embedded with decent lyrics and pattern. The beat from Shizzi is completely sick and Chris Brown showed why he is regarded by many as the greatest pop artiste alive since Michael Jackson. He delivered effortlessly with his glorious voice and made it seem like he actually owns the song. This is song is an absolute masterpiece and I am totally BLOWN AWAY.

I have to appreciate Shizzi for producing an amazing summer bop. He has definitely proven himself to Nigeria and the world at large by handling such a huge project. Blow My Mind is arguably Davido’s best collaboration on an international level. The song which is a rich blend of Afrobeats, Dancehall, and Pon Pon is the sort of song that makes you lose your home training upon listening.
Well, who wouldn’t with lyrics like I want to do you however you want, Freaky, freaky for you, Show me what you`re into, Ooh, girl, you just dey blow my mind
Chris Brown did not disappoint as his sonorous vocals murdered and brought more life to the song. Another plus because everybody loves Chris, most especially the ladies
Blow my mind is definitely worth the wait and it blew not just my mind but my body and soul.

Listening to a great song after anticipating it for months is definitely worth the wait, this song is a masterpiece that I’ll expect to top charts not only on the local scene but the global scene as well. My mind is definitely blown already and the only thing I want now is a video. And I have to give kudos to Shizzi, not forgetting to work on the voice blends gives me chills. Now I think we can move on From the Brown Skin Girl ish. I love great music, but Blow My Mind has just sky-rocketed my love for it. THE WORLD TO AFRICA for real.
